During the International Year of Biodiversity, the Nicolas Hulot Foundation and 5 other organisations (the WWF, the LPO - French bird protection society, France Nature Environnement, the Ligue ROC and the French Committee of the UICN - International Union for the Conservation of Nature) have come together to call for the cooperation of "those who wish to raise the profile of biodiversity so that it becomes an issue of concern for all".
