  1. Adopting an organised approach to innovation

    A range of disciplines for spreading the innovation mind-set in the different brands and encouraging every employee to offer and multiply the good initiatives. It is based on collaborative tools (internal social networks), a biennial group event (Innov’action) and the brands’ own events celebrating the best innovations.

    2015 Innov’action :
    – 1 000 projects presented
    – 20 nominees
    – 14 Business Units represented
    – 5 projects that were elected following a vote by 1500 employees

  2. Developing R&D

    Partnerships set up with external organisations and schools for designing new products, services and processes. We strive to further develop and test our private label product in connection with our suppliers according to our own charter.

  3. Facilitating a multi-channel approach

    Launch and optimisation of e-commerce websites, “click and collect” offers that allow you to reserve or buy online and pick up your goods in store, digitalisation of physical sales branches, deployment of mobile applications, etc. These are just some of the initiatives implemented to accompany the change in consumption modes and facilitate the buying itineraries used by our customers.
