With the creation of new governance in October 2013, Mobivia Groupe is asserting its aspiration to become more agile in order to develop its growth and consolidate its leadership position in the sustainable mobility sector.


A revised executive body

With an Executive Committee of 9 people, we are responding to the aspiration to have a collective, operational and collaborative governance with greater equality. Composed of business operations management teams on the one hand, we have also sought to boost the ownership of the support operations at the highest level of the business. The Executive Committee interacts with the Supervisory Committee which plays a role of confirming the strategy of the business, supervising its execution and representing the shareholders.

Developed cooperative working principles

Sharing resources and expertise between the different brands. The organisation which we have put in place operates through informal and formal networks thanks to the management of cooperative work organisational bodies at various levels: operational synergies between the operations and Business Units to discuss new ideas, group-level committees to manage the support functions, communities of practices for pooling feedback and standardising work methods…

Ongoing dialogue with the stakeholders

Adding to our strategic discussions with stakeholders. By fostering ongoing dialogue with our stakeholders (institutions, elected officials, shareholders, customers, suppliers, professional federations, associations and environmental NGOs, etc.), we seek to incorporate their opinions as early as possible in our strategic decision-making process.
